Return and exchange of goods to end consumers is carried out in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

No. 172, the goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) include: perfumes and cosmetics, sanitary hygiene items, combs, combs and massage brushes, goods in aerosol packaging, manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, nail files, etc.)».
